The vision

Samsung KX is a unique, flagship experience space in the heart of King’s Cross, London. 

To ensure the venue achieved its full potential, Stellar was selected to staff and run the Samsung KX space by sourcing and training stand out people, driving exceptional interactions and creating truly groundbreaking retail, delivered both physically and virtually.

To create the team necessary to effectively deliver the KX experience, Stellar sourced top-tier talent – continuing to develop and manage them to this day.


The magnificent, 80 strong SamsungKX team was handpicked and trained by Stellar. Multi-skilled, diverse and multilingual, our team is responsible for the day-to-day running of the SamsungKX space, from demonstrating products to guiding customers through purchases and creating fresh and engaging virtual content.

Each team member is inducted through our immersive, month-long training programme and is continuously coached and developed by Stellar for the duration of employment. Delivered by inspiring industry specialists, our training ensures every team member has the expertise, skills and knowledge to provide all customers with the best possible SamsungKX experience.

 

We place individual wellbeing at the forefront of everything we do and are proud of our staff satisfaction score of 82 per cent – the key driver in the retention of great talent. 

Our innovative approach to managing retail operations has recently been recognised as Samsung KX won Venue Team of the Year at the Campaign Experiences Awards 2022.
