After working in the luxury industry for eight years, I saw an ad for an Account Manager role to launch Sage Appliances on the French market. I went for it and I’ve not looked back since!
As European Account Manager for Sage, I was tasked with helping grow their omnichannel offering. From expanding the product expert team to managing the Sage Studios, I gained priceless insights that I brought with me into my current role within the Sales and Marketing team. In this role, it’s all about delivering tangible value to the business through creative projects.
The most exciting part of working at Stellar is that we’re at the forefront of retail, meaning there are always new ideas being brought to the table, and we get to bring these to life!
If you’re asking me what makes me happiest, it has to be the people! I can always count on my colleagues to brighten my day and provide support when I need it.
I first heard about Stellar through a job site recommendation for German-speaking roles. I was excited to find a role where I could speak multiple languages.
Starting as a Product Expert for Sage Appliances, I helped coffee lovers choose the right espresso machine for them and hosted fun, interactive online masterclasses that help them get the best out of their appliances. More recently, I’ve recently been offered the role of Weekend Manager, which I’m grateful for. I‘m looking forward to this new challenge.
My colleagues, who are all very talented, inspiring individuals, are incredibly welcoming and supportive. It’s the perfect environment for personal and professional development.
And there’s never a dull day at Stellar! We often hold impromptu latte art competitions to see who can make the most impressive coffee! Plus, the office location is great; it has a neighbourhood feel but some of London’s top sights are just around the corner!
I had just completed the production of an online animation series and was looking for my next venture when I was approached by Stellar to join a new project in collaboration with Samsung. It was perfect timing!
I joined as an Experience specialist in 2019 and by 2020 was promoted to Trainer. Since then, I have worked my way up to Training Manager. Today, my work involves encouraging, developing and nurturing the new Experience Specialists that will spark the public’s imagination with the latest innovations Samsung has to offer.
Seeing how the Stellar team devote themselves to making sure everyone feels valued is incredible. We’re creating a place that promotes growth and you can see that in the way we invest in our people.
I’m happiest when I see the team develop and progress. But being at the forefront of innovation in retail is also something I love, as well as seeing the customer’s wonderstruck faces when they experience Samsung KX.
My brother first introduced me to Stellar — he had worked for the agency before and he referred me. That’s when I started working on the shop floor, back in 2013, as a part-time job whilst studying.
Since then, I’ve worked my way up from Product Expert to Senior European Account Manager to Senior Account Director, which is where I sit now.
In that time, I’ve helped grow the Sage UK demo programme threefold, expand our services to 10 more European countries, and test and launch the state-of-the-art Sage Studios.
For me, being able to test new initiatives and having the support of the team to do this is the most exciting part of working at Stellar. I’m genuinely proud of the work we do and the clients we work with. We don’t settle for average and, instead, we use data to influence our decisions so we can fast-track making great things happen faster.
Being able to bring my puppy to the office is a brilliant bonus too!
I found Stellar via social media. Having previously worked with premium, tech brands in retail, I was excited to see where the future of tech was headed. Stellar offered me that opportunity with Samsung KX and so I joined. Since then, I’ve worked as a Product Expert, Event Manager, Visual Merchandiser and, more recently, Staff Trainer.
I’ve trained influencers and celebrities from around the world on using Samsung Galaxy devices, launched some of the latest products in technology, and also delivered the 2022 TV, AV and Monitor training.
Stellar is a brilliant place to work because of the people you engage with and the opportunities you have to grow whilst supporting some of the world’s premium brands. The relationships I’ve formed with my colleagues are some I will keep for life.
I’m happiest at work when I’m helping to empower people. Whether it’s getting involved in events, training the team to go beyond their perceived limits or empowering the general public.
