Marie-Sophie

After working in the luxury industry for eight years, I saw an ad for an Account Manager role to launch Sage Appliances on the French market. I went for it and I’ve not looked back since!

As European Account Manager for Sage, I was tasked with helping grow their omnichannel offering. From expanding the product expert team to managing Sage Studios, I gained priceless insights that I eventually brought with me into my current role as Sales and Marketing Director. In this role, it’s all about delivering tangible value to the business through creative projects.

The most exciting part of working at Stellar is that we’re at the forefront of retail, meaning there are always new ideas being brought to the table, and we get to bring these to life!

If you’re asking me what makes me happiest, it has to be the people! I can always count on my colleagues to brighten my day and provide support when I need it.

Ashley

My journey at Stellar began as an ambassador on a Sage campaign, where I was able to leverage my specialty coffee background – with which, I helped transform the Manchester store I was working at, from a strong performer to an exceptional one by building relationships to unlock the potential of expanded displays and in-store branding.

This success led to an open weekend executive role, where I collaborated with colleagues on Sage, Electrolux and Therabody campaigns, and my deep connection with Sage eventually led to me managing their London Coffee Festival stand

It was then that I was offered the Electrolux account manager maternity cover role – a role which deepened my leadership understanding and expanded my knowledge of domestic electronics as well as Stellar as a whole – by building strong relationships with the Electrolux team, I was able to transition into managing the Sage account full-time.

Throughout this career at Stellar, my passion for growth and the power of relationships has continued to drive me forward in the company.

Martin

After 13 years in fashion retail, Stellar contacted me on LinkedIn, and after the most supportive and communicative recruitment process I have been a part of, I started my Stellar journey as General Manager of Samsung KX.

Within 18 months in that role, I was fortunate to work with as well as lead a passionate and talented team in Samsung’s flagship showcase store – achieving results that supported Stellar’s successful pitch to manage the flagship concessions at Harrods and Selfridges.

At the start of 2025, I was promoted to Flagship Retail Cluster Manager, responsible for the KPI delivery and management of our Samsung retail teams across our three flagship retail sites.

I quickly learned that Stellar is a people-first agency, and what drove this home to me was that every time I or a member of my team brought an idea to the table, no matter the position, I never heard “no”, and instead, any new idea was met with a “let’s give it a go and see if it works” – This naturally builds trust, innovation and empowerment, and this shows in the day-to-day Stellar operation.

Surain

After working in retail management for a few years, I became pregnant and wanted to take a step back from management. I decided to start working part time in retail to fit around my new life but during the pandemic I was made redundant – it was then that I came across Stellar, when trying to find a job that fit around my family.

Stellar gave me the flexibility I needed as well as amazing career progression opportunities.

I started out as a Brand Ambassador working 2 days a week in Bluewater as well as covering a few other stores, which then turned into me getting promoted to Field Account Executive and looking after 4 brands over the weekend and conducting store visits to build a strong relationship with the team.

From here I was then given the chance to become an Account Executive for Bosch and have a team of my own. Although I look after Bosch, I also help out with Sage, Therabody and AEG. I have had the opportunity to take part in several Therabody events (such as Hyrox) and The Run Show.

What makes me happy in my job is that Stellar understands work-life balance, so I am able to work and progress alongside spending time with my kids.

Step 1

With one of our recruiters, to find out about you and your career aspirations. We’ll provide you with more information about the role and company, and use this to assess your suitability.

Step 3

INTERVIEW

With a member of the management team, to learn more about you and your career achievements and aspirations. On occasions, we may also ask you to complete a particular task, such as a short presentation or to attend a further interview (for senior level/management roles).

Step 4

OFFER

We’ll make an offer to the candidate we think is the best suited for the role. Upon accepting the position, we’ll then begin the on-boarding process and arrange a start date.
