The vision

As a relatively new brand in the fitness and wellness market, Therabody approached us to help them launch in UK third party retailers.

Therabody selected Stellar to bring their John Lewis shop-in-shop experiences to life – dedicated, branded spaces where product experts engage with customers and demonstrate the unique benefits of the Therabody range.

To deliver the desired results for Therabody, we knew we needed the right people to power our retail experience.


As with all Stellar experiences, the right people are key to our clients’ success, so we first selected a team of wellness experts to run the shop-in-shop spaces – each one receiving immersive training and onboarding.

Specialist coaching was also provided by Dr Jason Wersland, Therabody’s founder, who shared great insight on Therabody’s vision for our brand ambassadors to pass onto customers.

Our highly trained, knowledgeable team continues to effectively engage with customers and support Therabody as the brand further establishes itself in the market.
