The Vision

Having partnered with Therabody to help them connect with customers through the launch of their John Lewis shop-in-shop experience, Stellar was selected once more for their newest venture.

Bringing together a team of first-class product experts, we set out to engage with new audiences and demonstrate the premium range of Therabody products through a dedicated, branded concession located in the world’s leading luxury department store, Harrods.

A Stellar experience

To deliver a premium customer experience, we recruited and trained a team of top retail professionals, arming them with in-depth product knowledge to share with customers visiting the concession stand.


Within the purpose-built brand space, our team showcase Therabody’s products in engaging demonstrations that serve to inspire shoppers visiting the stand. In every interaction, we are able to establish trust with Therabody’s customers, answering any questions that they have and guiding them to make an informed purchase.

As a result, Therabody has seen its sales conversion rate jump up to 33% since launching in June 2023 and 35% of customers have returned to shop from their brand. Their concession is recognised as one of the most successful concession launches in Harrods to date.
