The Vision
Samsung approached Stellar to devise and run a series of virtual experiences from their dedicated space, allowing them to connect with customers digitally and build brand awareness in a unique way.
The aim was to evolve this to incorporate hybrid experiences – mixing live events with a digital element – a fresh and innovative way to forge connections, deliver product demonstrations and launch new initiatives.
A Stellar
experience
The multiskilled Stellar team, recruited and trained by us and based at SamsungKX, produced and aired multiple broadcasts as part of their ‘Samsung People Live’ initiative – all filmed, presented and edited in-house and on Samsung devices.
Streamed on the website and YouTube, they increased engagement and brought audiences into the KX space virtually. Interactive and educational, the broadcasts connected viewers with product experts and enabled them to make informed decisions and instant purchases.
SamsungKX’s virtual offering has rapidly grown and the team now airs regular content showcasing new products to an ever-growing audience. Available live or on demand, the broadcasts add authentic value to the purchasing journey and are shaped to meet the needs of the Samsung community.
