Sage and Stellar have a long history of breaking the mould of retail experience. After the successful launch of Sage Studios – the dedicated space for physical and virtual selling, masterclasses and demonstrations – we wanted to expand our reach into social selling. Together, we aimed to increase brand awareness, attract new customers and deliver a fulfilling virtual experience to give customers a reason to return.
Sage Studios’ TikTok audience was built by Stellar experts from scratch through a series of captivating posts from machine tutorials and hacks to how-to guides and coffee recipes.
Within three months, the account had accrued more than one million views and 55,000+ likes. Keeping the momentum, we launched Sage Studios TikTok Shop, curating in-feed videos, influencer collabs and exclusive promotions.
Followers can quickly consume product information through posts, enabling them to make decisions and place orders there and then; a back catalogue of content is also available to encourage customers to return, post-purchase for further experiences.
As the shop grows, Sage now collaborates with other creators and influencers to expand the reach of the brand and generate more ROI for the business.
As of 2022, Sage Studios has been named an official TikTok Shop UK Partner, further cementing our position as a leader in social selling. Thanks to our partnership with TikTok Shop UK, we helped Sage Appliances deliver the biggest single brand live selling event in TikTok EU history over Black Friday 2022, generating over 300,000 product views and a click-through rate of 18.7% from the platform.
