Nike approached Stellar to build a bespoke, in-house team that would be committed to driving excellence, expertise and engagement across their stores.
With Stellar’s guidance and inspiring training programmes, Nike aimed to create memorable retail environments staffed by trained product experts, who could grow brand loyalty by connecting with and building long-lasting relationships with customers.

Stellar training specialists collaborated with store managers to develop tailored programmes to educate, excite and motivate staff on the shop floor.
The AIR (Action in Retail) team of product experts was created and divided into groups, each with their own specialism to excel at in-store.
The Ekin AIR team knows the brand inside out and trains in-store teams and delivers events to improve brand knowledge. The VP AIR team works with the brand to launch new visual merchandise in Nike and partner stores, sharing their expertise with existing teams for future replication. The DTC team runs Nike Town in Nike’s flagship store, expertly connecting with customers to deliver outstanding shopping experiences.
Thanks to focused training and a live reporting system, allowing staff to feedback immediately on issues, we can ensure the Nike quality standard is consistently met during all customer interactions.
