The vision

AEG sought to expand its presence in John Lewis stores across the UK to drive sell-out and support customers along their path to purchase. To achieve this, the brand engaged Stellar to provide handpicked product experts to personalise shopping experiences for customers in-store, matching them with the perfect appliance.

Our domestic appliance experts cover eight tactically-selected John Lewis stores, three days a week.


Utilising our 15+ year relationship with John Lewis, we introduced our fully trained domestic appliance experts to 8 tactically-selected stores, three days a week.

Chosen to authentically represent AEG from the Electrolux Group, our teams were given regular training with a focus on interactive learning to provide premium experiences. Our bespoke programme ensures every team member is equipped with the in-depth knowledge necessary to create customers for life.

Through weekly reporting, retail teams could hone their performance to further boost sales. And, with data collected on the shop floor, teams got clear indications of the success of customer engagement — allowing them to make swift changes to service where needed.
