The vision

Electrolux engaged Stellar to help boost sales of large domestic appliances. Specialist training was required to ensure handpicked Stellar product experts could personalise shopping experiences for customers in-store and match them with the perfect appliance.

Our domestic appliance experts cover eight tactically-selected John Lewis stores, three days a week.


Our teams represent Electrolux in selected John Lewis stores where they expertly engage with shoppers to drive sales of AEG, Zanussi and own-brand appliances, helping create customers for life.

Individuals are trained to a high standard through our bespoke programme to ensure they are equipped with in-depth product and brand knowledge.

Through weekly reporting, teams can hone performance and boost sales further. Data collected by product experts on the shop floor gives clear indications on the success of customer engagement and swift changes can be made to the service where needed.
