The vision
Our approach began with building a standout team of Bosch product specialists. We knew the key to success was genuine immersion – creating passionate advocates who could not only sell but also educate and inspire. With this in mind, we went beyond the brief. In addition to managing 7 core stores, we invested in a dedicated Sales Trainer to travel across the remaining John Lewis stores, bringing consistency, expertise and energy to every corner of the estate.
