London, UK and Paris, France – October 11th, 2024 – Marvesting Group has expanded its European footprint and omnichannel capabilities with the acquisition of Stellar, a London-based company specialising in omnichannel retail solutions.
The deal bolsters Marvesting’s position in key markets like the UK and Germany, enhancing its omnichannel offering. Marvesting, managed by Jean-Dominique Castellani, is a leading solution provider enabling its clients to deploy their sales and marketing strategy across physical, mobile and digital channels, throughout the entire customer journey.
This is Marvesting Group’s third international build-up since Alpha Private Equity, a Luxembourg investment fund investing in mid-sized companies across continental Europe, took over the company a year ago. Marvesting has established itself as the number 1 player in the French market, a position strengthened by the acquisition of the Addikt Group in March 2022. In addition, the Group initiated a pan-European development plan in 2018 with the acquisition of the Belgian leader, which accelerated with the acquisition of Field Sales Solutions in the UK at the end of 2022 and P&R in the Netherlands in 2023.
Founded in 2019, Stellar helps brands connect with their clients wherever and however they choose to shop. Stellar Global operates all around Europe thanks to their headquarters in London, live chat and video shopping capabilities and a new subsidiary in Germany. Stellar will now be part of a larger European Group with new services to offer.
The addition of Stellar will further enhance Marvesting’s ability to deliver innovative and comprehensive solutions, empowering brands to succeed in today’s dynamic retail landscape. With Stellar Global now onboard, Marvesting’s annual revenue has reached €175 million, and the group continues to pursue additional growth opportunities across Europe.
Jean-Dominique Castellani, CEO of Marvesting, said: “The acquisition of Stellar allows us to strengthen our position in Europe, particularly in the UK and Germany, while expanding our service offering. We’re excited to welcome Stellar’s team to our Group’s Executive Committee.”
Julian Cordy – CEO UK & ROI comments: “We are delighted to welcome Stellar into the group. With our growing portfolio of clients across the Consumer Electronics sector, as well as our FMCG heartland, Stellar will bring exciting new services to our clients. I am looking forward to working with the team in the future”
Emma Ede – Stellar MD comments: “Joining Marvesting marks an exciting new chapter for Stellar. With our shared focus on innovation and delivering exceptional customer experiences, we see tremendous potential to expand our capabilities and reach new markets. This partnership will enable us to offer even more value to our clients and accelerate our growth across Europe. We are thrilled to be part of such a forward-thinking group.”
