Our GHD sales demonstrators are selected based on their passion for hair styling and the GHD brand, as well as their ability to drive sales by connecting with consumers and delivering uniquely tailored experiences.

Everyone browsing is offered a personal demonstration, which can be extended to a full hair styling experience if a product is purchased. This connection, coupled with the added value, is a powerful tool in generating both product sales and brand loyalty.


We collect customer interaction data which gives GHD a direct link with its target audience. Key insights can also be provided on new products, promotions and brand perception.

Additionally, we collect sales data. Not only does this demonstrate the value of our team, it also reflects the success of new products and any sales trends in terms of timings, price and links with wider marketing activity. By linking sales data with customer details, GHD is also able to build a more accurate profile of their target customer.

Our team achieves exceptional results for GHD. During a six week campaign in the run up to Christmas 2018, the team overachieved against target by 25 per cent, selling £650,000 of GHD products and averaging £5,500 per person, per day. Out of a team of 25 sales demonstrators, 22 overachieved against their personal target.

Our performance led to us winning an Award for Most Effective Retail Sales Experience.
